St. Louis, Missouri

We decided to take a quick day trip to St. Louis last weekend. We left in the morning on a flight and came back in the late afternoon. It was a lot of fun testing out our newly-acquired flight benefits and being brave enough to take all three kids on a plane twice in one day. We chose somewhere we had never been, somewhere there was a direct flight from Dallas and plenty open seats. We also wanted to see the Gateway Arch so that is exactly what we did. We flew on an airplane, then rode the Metro to the Gateway Arch stop, and walked to it. It was a gorgeous day! Drake did well on his first flight ever and the kids had a good time. We toured the Westward Expansion Museum at the bottom of the Arch, made souvenir pennies, and rode the tram to the top of the Arch to look out below on St. Louis and the Mississippi River. It was a great experience and one we'd do again!
Because there were a good amount of pictures on this day, I am experimenting with this new site where I download pictures sometimes:

All of our St.Louis pictures are there! Enjoy!
