It's a BOY!!!

We found out today that this little baby due in October is going to be a BOY! We are excited for Drew to have a brother and at this point, Dilan doesn't really care as long as she gets her needs met first. :)

As soon as Drew woke up this morning, he told David, "Daddy, today we get to see the baby inside mommy's belly!" I think he was even more excited than we were. As soon as we got to the ultrasound appointment and the tech was showing us the baby's head and heartbeat, he immediately asked, "Where are the baby's private parts?" This kid meant business - he just wanted her to tell him if he was having a brother or a sister! Drew was excited to find out the baby was a boy and then both kids were determined to not really let David enjoy much else of the ultrasound. Dilan was tired and confused why I couldn't hold her and Drew was getting bored fast, not to mention the tech was taking a long time to complete it all.

We came home, put Dilan to bed and took a photo real quick - we can't wait for this little boy to join our family!
