We had a great Halloween this year. The boys dressed as the avengers (so glad to give up Thomas the train!) and Dilan dressed as Cherry Jam (Strawberry Shortcake's new popstar friend). I stayed as a strawberry from Berry Bitty City since Dilan stuck with Strawberry Shortcake as her theme again this year. Last year was the first year we dressed up with the kids because we realized it was either we were going to be the parents that did or didn't. We decided to be those kind of parents to dress up because the kids love it. :)
Here we are before our ward's trunk or treat:'

The best Halloween costumes of the Trunk or Treat - Mitt and Ann Romney. "Mitt" is featured here as the kid are visiting his car.
Our family dressed up at the Trunk or Treat
For our family night and also right before David went for a run, we carved our pumpkin. This year we had each family member pick out a part of the face to design and David did all the carving. Dilan picked the angry eyes, Drew picked the mouth and I picked the nose.
Halloween night 2012 and ready to go!
David and Drake bringing up the rear with the stroller. Drake would get out as David strolled him up to a door and say 'trick or treat' and 'thank you' and get right back in the stroller and move on to the next house. Must be the life!
Drew or Captain America in front of a 'haunted garage' in the neighborhood

End of the night with me and my kids. Next year, there will be four of these kiddos!!!
Drake as Thor. First time he put this costume on, he cried and I almost took it back. But seeing the older kids wear theirs and doing some "practice runs," he ended up loving it. :)
