9 months old!

Drake is 9 months old now - we can't believe it! He is adorably cute and still such a happy smiley baby! In this picture David took of him, I can almost see what he'll look like when he grows up. Something in his little face has gotten older. He's just a beautiful baby, almost toddler, and one that started crawling a week before he turned 9 months old. He is loving being able to go forward as he had been crawling backwards for weeks and getting stuck in corners. He is also pulling up on his knees and when you stand him up all the way, he laughs and laughs.

He is still loving his gumdrop pacifiers but finally gave way to his wrap (because of a massive heat rash) but still has to be wrapped in his blanket to sleep. At least now he can get out of it on his own and put his pacifier back in his mouth. He loves to play with Dilan and the dog and just gets a kick out of being with others. I think he'll be a social guy. We adore and love this little boy and can't wait for a few more months when he turns 1!
