On Monday, the movers came! They packed up all our stuff and it is probably in Georgia by now. It will be stored until the end of July. Until then, we will move into temporary housing. We will leave Sunday for Lafayette, Louisiana; Monday we will drive to Mobile, Alabama, and then Tuesday, we will arive in Peachtree City, Georgia. Right now we are with my family in Lake Jackson relaxing, resting and getting some last moments with everyone before we set off.
By the way, if you have ever wondered why your family has so much "drama," no worries, ours does too! We had some major "Jerry Springer" drama early Monday morning with David's grandmother (and his dad's wife) that will go down in the history books. Even the poor innocent movers witnessed it all! It's probably not appropriate to blog about but I have to say, if you somehow thought these things don't happen to everyone, it does happen to the Pistorius family.

We miss you already. Hope you enjoy your drive to Georgia!!
You're leaving already...I didn't even get to say goodbye. Have a great move!!
Wow, that was such a nice way to say Grandma is Dr. Jeykle and Mr. Hyde! Love how she invited you over for dinner the same night---classic Grandma! If that's not a 'welcome to the family' then I don't know what is!
